Rustic Red

Named for its rustic surroundings, this dry, spicy blen finished smooth with a touch of oak.

Windmill Red

Dark red, semi sweet blend. A very versatile wine that will please many tastes. Neither too sweet ot too dry, with a slight hint of black cherry.

Frontenac

This semi-dry variental wine is from the cold hardy Frontenac res grape. It is a lighter bodied wine perfect for any occasion.

Iowa Edelweiss Reserve

Semi-dry white wine made from our own Edelweiss grapes, but finished dryer than the usual Edelweiss wine. Floral and tart. Nice with cheese and crackers.

Picket Fence White

Semi-sweet blend of Iowa white grapes. Good chilled, alone, or with a snack meal. Named for one of the prominent lland maks of the original homesead.

Iowa Edelweiss

Sweet, white wine from Iowa's signiture wine grape. Fruiy and floral with just the right sweetness.

Gracie's Smile

A sweet, mild blush, similar to a white zinfadel. If you look closely, you may see the wine's namesake frolicking about the vineyard.

Briana

A sweet luscious white wine with a hint of pineapple. Made from Iowa's own Briana grapes.

Iowa St. Vincent

Sweet, red, brilliantly clear wine from our own St. Vincent grapes. Loves to Party!

Rasberry

Produced from whole red raspberries to get the fresh berry character. Finished sweet with a slight tart edge to provide a rich berry experience. Pairs perfectly with chocolate.

Apple

Made from fresh locally grown apples from Dalla County orchard in Dallas Center, IA owned by the AJ Winter faily. Delicious hot or cold.

Tickled Pink

Semi-dry blish sparkling wine is made by the Methode Champenoise, which means that a secondary fermentation took place in the bottle, thus naturally carbonating the wine. In 1690 =, Dom Perignon made the celebrated comment describing sparkling wine as "I am drinking stars."
